Corporate Audit

The Corporate Audit Department specializes in serving large and medium-sized enterprises, including entities with foreign capital. Our operations cover Public Interest Entities, including companies and Groups listed on the WSE and New Connect, as well as Investment Funds.

We can provide services in three languages: Polish, English and German. We have specialists prepared to serve entities in accordance with various standards, both PSR and IAS/IFRS, HGB and US GAAP, thanks to which we can also successfully provide services to clients with foreign capital.

Our knowledge and qualifications are used in the consolidation of financial statements in accordance with international and German regulations.

By combining theoretical knowledge with a wealth of practical experience, we offer:

• verification and assistance in preparing consolidation packages in accordance with Group guidelines
• cooperation with foreign auditors to ensure efficient service for international Groups
• advice on the identification of differences and the restatement of financial statements in three areas
