Economist; he graduated from the Rzeszow University of Technology, specialisation: Finance and Accounting. For a number of years, he was gaining experience in the Transfer Pricing Department at one of the major Polish tax consulting firms. He specialises in preparing tax documentation for transactions with related entities, methodology of settlements, and transfer pricing policy drafts for entities operating in a number of industries.
