A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. He started his professional career in one of the “Big Four” audit companies in the audit department, specializing in banks and financial institutions. He has many years of experience in auditing financial statements of various entities, including banks and capital market institutions such as investment funds, open pension funds and brokerage houses. He also gained professional experience in financial institutions in the leasing industry belonging to international financial groups, dealing with the area of credit risk as an analyst and later the director of risk, finance and controlling departments.
